Located near the intersection of Kirby and Highway 59 at 2615 Southwest Freeway, STE 240 in Houston, TX.
We strongly recommend that you book your appointments in advance to ensure that your preferences can be accommodated. A credit card number given at time of scheduling is required to secure confirmation of an appointment.
In the event that your desired time or date is not available, we would be more than happy to put you on our wait list so that we may possibly accommodate in the event of a cancellation.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time in order to complete any necessary paperwork prior to the start of your services. Services for individuals arriving late will be provided at Chrysalis’ discretion and may be abbreviated as necessary to meet the scheduled completion time to ensure that services for the next scheduled appointment begin on time.
We realize that circumstances may, on occasion, cause you to change or reschedule your appointment. To avoid cancellation charges, please notify us of any changes or cancellations to your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Changes or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled treatment(s) and/or service(s). No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled treatment(s) and/or service(s).
Gift Certificates are valid for one year from the purchase date.
MEDICAL CONDITIONS AND SPECIAL NEEDS
Your comfort and well being are important to us. Prior to receiving your spa services please inform us about any medical conditions. To better serve our “mothers to be” we ask that you inform our receptionists of the length of your term and your expected due date so that extra care and precautions may be taken.
As a courtesy to other spa clients, children are not allowed in spa treatment areas or left unattended in the reception area. If children accompany you to the spa, please help us ensure the comfort of all guests by respecting that Chrysalis is a quiet zone. Children may not be left unattended in the reception area during treatment.
SERVICES FOR MINORS
Chrysalis reserves the right to refuse service to individuals under the age of 18. The presence of a parent or legal guardian in the treatment room during treatment may be required when providing certain services to individuals under the age of 18.
CELL PHONES AND PAGERS
We ask that cell phones and pagers remain off or on vibrate during the duration of your visit as a courtesy to other spa clients during their time of relaxation.
Treatment prices do not include gratuities, which are accepted in appreciation of outstanding service. Typical gratuities for spa services begin at 15% – 20%.
Proof of purchase is required for a refund, exchange or a Chrysalis Gift Card. To receive the full purchase price of the item, the item must be returned to Chrysalis within seven days from the purchase date, unopened, not damaged and in the original package. You will receive a Chrysalis Gift Card up to thirty days from the purchase date. Items not in their original condition will not be refunded.

Chrysalis provides private lockers to secure your valuables and personal effects. Chrysalis is not responsible for the security of any personal items.
